How to get a new customer password ?

Hello, can anyone help

I want to end my DSL contract online. But I need to input my customer's password to finish the process. The original customer password was on the contract, but it was not right anymore. When I try to change the password, it needs the old password, which I forget already.   

How can I get a new customer password

Either you can go with your identity card to a Vodafone shop and get it there or you fill in the form 265 and send it back.
