how is posibble taked my money from my account of bank ?

I not used internet .

I don't have modem , becouse I send back to Vodafone.

It's not posibble used becouse technic man how going to my home not connected cabel to modem .

Vodafone send me message two months ago : I have your modem .

People from service also calling to me and talking : I sey - not used this modem.

For two months Vodafone taked money for nothing .

This is stupid.

Maybe somebody answer for my question .

just sending the router back to us is not a cancellation of the contract. Have you additionally revoked this contract in writing?
