I used to have a cable Germany service for 2 years when I used live in another city. Now I moved to Mannheim and I got new vodafone internet connection. I used Gigacube for one month as well as trial period. I canceled both the cable Germany and GigaCube connection and returned the GigaCube as asked.
Now I only have Vodafone DSL connection. I did not check my accolades for some time and now when I checked that I realized that I was getting deductible money every now and then. I have paid more than 300 euros in past three months. Do you have any clarification on that? If not, I'll take some leagl action. If you have the authority to deduct money from your account. Reply ASAP.
I tried to call the customer service in many occasion. Eglish as my German is not good and. Everytime I failed. No one speaks English and I never ever got my reply. I was asked to hold the line for some time and the line is always disconnected. This is a disagraceful way to treat your customer. Anyway, I am happy if I get my reply in any medium. Thanks. Waiting for the reply.

I had a call with customer care. No need to answer here. There are some miscommunications happened. I know how to approach the issue now. Thanks anyway.
