today I received my DSL modem n I don't know how to connect it from internet I have been trying from all day can't Vodafone send someone professional at my place who can help me setup internet

Hi Awaisew,

you receive the router a few days before the DSL access is activated by a technician. Therefore, you should have received our welcome letter via email with the date, when the technician comes to you. After he activated your line, you need to configure your router with the modem installation code. You can also find it in the welcome letter.

Did you receive everything?
