Hello, vodafone keeps trying to charge me for the month I paid already and they keep trying to add "mahngebuhr". I have proof that I have paid already.
did we charge your bankaccount or did you transfer the money to us? In case of a transfer, did you mention your customernumber, so that we were able to book the payment on your customeraccount?
