Hi,
Currently I have both mobile and DSL memberships, but in the debit payment I see different customer numbers for them. And I can only access my mobile contract from "Mein Vodafone". I have no way of reaching any DSL related information online. I need them as I am going to leave Germany soon and I need to have invoice information.
Can you help me on what's wrong? Thanks in advance.
Another question while we're at it is that, what are the conditions (and costs if any) of a premature contract cancellation due to leaving Germany? (For both Mobile and DSL seperately)

Hey Emre_Yeni,
sorry to hear that you are leaving germany.
A DSL contract can only be connected with one "Mein Vodafone" Login.
If you have never added the contract somewhere else, i can send you the required registration code.
Therefore i need a private message with your customernumber & password.
Please click on my name/avatar -> then on the right side "Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden"
Since we can't offer you a dsl landline outside of germany, you can cancle this contract early - without additional charges.
A mobile contract is not stationary - thats why an early cancellation is not envisaged.
You can cancle this contract to the end of its regular date.
