I have applied for the Internet connection on 07.05.2019 and I have the legal contract with Vodafone. As per contract my connection should be started from 31.05.2019. But nobody came for the connection. I am a IT professional and doing work from home office. I am facing difficulties and paying extra money for mobile internet and working from friend's home. Please resolve this as soon as possible so I will not go for legal action. Contract ID is ARC***

I've had a look on your order. There is no confirmed activation date yet, because there is no available port for your apartment. We place a new order at Telekom. As soon as there is a free port for you and we have an activation date for you, we'll send you our welcome letter and the router.
If there is no free port after five tries, the order will be cancelled. We'll inform you via mail in this case.
