DSL technical issue (no Internet service) and DSL termination contract

Hi There, 

 

Let's see if for this way you can solve my request. I recently moved inside Germany, I had an Internet cable contract 100Mbps with you. So, when I moved I accepted to lower the internet speed to 50Mbps (DSL) with you. But, since I moved to the new place Vodafone cannot establish the Internet connection to my apartment because of technical issues. Vodafone has sent three times the technician and the same issue is still present. 

We urgently need to get access to the Internet, mainly my wife, who is a radiologist and works from home during the night shift. 

You sent an LTE router with 50GB for 16 days while you fix the problem, but I am afraid that is not enough for us because of the size of the medical images and also we watch TV and movies over the Internet. Looking that we have a DSL contract for 50Mbps, and we are no receiving such Internet services, we would like to terminate our DSL Internet contract. 
How can we do this?
