DSL - kein internet

Hello Vodafone, 

Yesterday my internet was supposed to be activated without me being there.

But the Power / DSL light blinks on the FritzBox 7530. The router menu says: The DSL connection was interrupted.

I have gone through all of the help I have found on Vodafone website, but it has not worked.

Can you please assist me on this matter?

I'm sorry that you can not use your connection yet.

Did you call us already and has a trouble ticket been opened?
