Dear Sir / Madam,
I was planning to take a Vodafone DSL connection for my apartment. Accordingly I have done a contract with Vodafone. I had an appointment for connection on 29.03.2019. But internet terminal box was not found. I also asked my landlord. But she also doesn't know where is the internet terminal box (telefonedose und hasuanschluss) for the apartment. With my landlord, I searched a lot. But we didn't find it.
In this situation, I request you to cancel the contract and also request you to inform me how to send back the router to Vodafone. I received the router parcel, but didn't open the parcel.
