DSL contract cancellation has been dragging for 2 years, please help

Hello,

I have a DSL contract from July 2018. We moved house in December the same year and the new address did not have DSL availability so after a quick email to vodafone we have a nice and firm reply, confirming that as long as we provide proof of the move the contract will be canceled. So we moved, sent the confirmation via email and nothing, called and nothing so I have sent about 10, long and informative emails, made about 100 phone calls but could not get things sorted. In my local Vodafone branch they finally managed to close the account, BUT I am still paying € 40 for a contract that has been canceled finally in February 2020. Why ?? I have paid close to 500 € for nothing since 2018, literally for nothing since February this year and getting charged € 40 every month.Could someone please help me and straighten this out, I am loosing sleep over it
