Hello Team,
I am struggling to receive my router from Vodafone and the problem is that unfortunately I don’t speak German so I never get someone from Vodafone hotline to help me .
I am waiting for more than 10 days to receive my router. The internet connection is already released in my place but I am not able to connect because I didn’t receive the router.
Today I received an email from Vodafone with the subject: Ihre Retoure zum Auftrag haben wir bearbeitet
And the body of email:
Liebe/r Frau/Herr B.******,
Ihre Retoure zum Auftrag ARC********** haben wir bearbeitet.
Ihre Retoure im Überblick für Sie:
Pos. Nr. Menge Artikel Artikelbezeichnung Bemerkung
10 1 1 00200146 FRITZ!Box 7530 (M) Sie erhalten eine Gutschrift
Auftragsdatum: 27.06.2019
Auftragsnummer: ARC**********

Would someone please be able to help me as soon as possible to get my router?

This is a public forum. Do not post personal data here!
I assume that the parcel service where not able to deliver your modem so it has been returned back to us.
Maybe your name is not on the doorbell or you were not at home and didn't pick up the parcel within a week from the post office.
You can send me a private message, I will send the package again.

I need your name, customer number and customer password. Also tell me the address and make sure that your name is written on your door bell. I also can send the parcel to an alternate address.
