DSL - Internet not working

Hi team, 

 

The Internet is very slow and sometimes it doesn't even load. Download speed it below 1MBps and upload speed is 0 Mbps.  I need your assistance to resolve the issue. 

 

Reference Vodafone.speedcheck results are below :

I do not speak German so I couldn't get help via customer care service.

Thanks for the response. 

 

Since Friday the internet is completely unusable. The pages are not even loading and even simple messenger tools not working. Please let me know when will you fix it?

I am paying so much for the bill but even after that, the internet is not working. It is not fair,  I hope you resolve my issue faster.

Hi 

today we got a technician onsite to check the cables and boxes. He checked and replaced a box at my home. But the issue still exists.  He said, cabling, wires are good and we need to check from your side. 

 

Can you please check it asap and resolve the issue. The issue is there for a long and since last week nothing is working. I'm using my phone to write you a message. Please resolve it asap. It's affecting my project work and studies.

your trouble ticket is still open. That means, our technicians are working on a solution. Unfortunately, I can't tell you, when it's solved.
