Hello everyone, sorry for my english, I'm still learning German. So today Vodafone has changed its internet to VDSL here in Bremen. They said afterwards, there's a lot of trouble with the new technology, with a lot of new things going on and so on, and so on. My download is from 50 to 25 mb, and now my upload is from 10 to 5 mb. This is a major problem with the upload as I am a parted live streamer using 6 mb bitrate before. Now I have to reduce the quality of the stream. Now I understand that the Red 50 package is up to 50/10 mb. But before I finally get around 40 download, 8 upload.I went to Vodafone because of the speeds, now I am worried because my live stream wants to suffer greatly. Is there anybody else can help at Vodafone? I reached out to you already, but I figured I would like to be here. I would not mind switching to VDSL, but it still says it's not available here at my address. Thank you so much! - Charles

Hi cwmercer,
in some cases we have to change DSL connections from so called NGN (our technolgy) to VDSL BitStream (Telekom technology).
It can happen that we can not provide the former bandwidth via BitStream, so the bandwidth has to be reduced.
Here you can check if higher bandwidths are available: https://dslshop.vodafone.de/eshop/consumer/zuhauseplus-locator/index.html
If yes, you can change your tariff in MeinVodafone.
Maybe changing to Cable is an option?

Jens
