DSL Anschalt Termin Andern

I have been trying to change my technician appointment since 23.08.19 but no luck. I tried calling the hotline but I was put on hold for a long time with no answer. The Vodafone Shop near me was also unhelpful and in the chat with the Vodafone Kundenbetreuung on WhatsApp, a link was sent to me (http://vod.af/Tkversch) which was invalid with 404 error. I also tried changing the date through the MeinVodafone account but there is no visible option to reschedule.

Please send me a valid link to change the appointment date ASAP! The appointment is on 30.08.19 and I need to change it immediately to avoid getting billed unnecessarily.

Hey SK8,

the link you've got via whatsapp is working (tested it via Chrome). If the shortlink is not working , please use this site : https://dsl.vodafone.de/vfksc/ba/index_pub.jsp  

We need atleast 3 working days to reschedule an appointment. So if the technician is booked for the 30th its most likely not possible to postpone the appointment today.
