Contract termination

Hello,

We are moving from Nuremberg (90443) to Furth (90765) in August'20. We currently have 50 Mbps DSL connection and we checked with Vodafone shop and the new place only supports 16 Mbps connection. So we would like to terminate the contract. Its been 3 years since the start of the contract i.e.12th May 2017. Please let us know what we need to do to terminate the same.

Hi Astha,

 

thanks for all the information. When we can't provide you the same bandwidths at the new address, you have a special cancellation right, that's correct. In this case, we cancel your contract, but we have the right to charge you further 3 months after your relocation.

 

To process it, we need your information about the future address.

 

You can send me a private message and tell me your customer number, customer password (alternatively name, current address and birth date) and your future address.
