Contract Cancellation - Moving out of Germany

I will be moving back to India by May 15th 2019. Can you please let me know the procedure for terminating my DSL Connection. 

Will I incur any charges beyond 15h May 2019.

Hello Mamta,

for a special right to terminate your contract we need your deregistration certificate when you move to another country.

Can you please send me a private message with your customer number and your customer password?

I enquired, deregistration can be done only 7 days in advance. I want to get in touch again once I have deregistration

that's no problem. If you have a confirmation from your employer (in case that you are work-related transferred) you can send me this before.

Hello Mamta,

we found the solution, that the DSL contract is terminated to the day when you're leaving Germany. Then we still need the router back.

Maybe this is helpful for anyone in the same situation reading this thread.
