Hello Team,
Recently i used the online moving tool to change my address and from cable to DSL. i got the new contract in email and also a sms for selecting when the technician to come.
Unfortunately, today the new apartment/building manager called and said that the building number has changed. The street is same, just a different building. Please advise how to proceed further? the new building is one next to the one in the contract.

Hi Team, any update when will i be getting the updated contract. i got a mail from vodafone a few days back and it still had the incorrect address.

Hi Team,
Any update on this? Its been over 13 days, since the address was updated and i haven't yet received the new contract. With decemeber holidays coming up, i'm afraid that this will get further delayed. please is there any way to speed up the process? I'm without internet since 30th Oct and relying on mobile data for remote work is becoming quite painful. Is there anyway to get this resolved asap.

I'm sorry. I see that the Telekom technician switched the line remotely yesterday. Did you reboot the router? You should be online.

Hey Norman,
No restarting the modem doesn't work. The technician on 11th Nov, called and said since my address has not been updated yet, he can't configure from his end. If i even right now log into https://www.vodafone.de/meinvodafone/services/ it still shows the old address there.
I was told on 29th November that the address has been changed, you can see page 1 of this thread itself. And that i will be receiving new connection details. But i have neither recieved an email or a mail with the updated contract or any connection details yet.
Please let me know if there is anything from my end that is required to fix this issue as soon as possible. Working from home without a proper internet connection is really problematic for me. I want this resolved asap.

Hello Team,
This is taking too long to resolve. It seems vodafone has technical issues in providing DSL for my apartment building. 2 other neighbours had their contract cancelled because of technical issues.
So, i cannot wait any further for this to be resolved. please go ahead and cancel all contracts. I will go with some other provider that does supply to my apartment.
