Hello,
I've made a contract to have internet Cable at my place. However, when trying to make the appointment for the connection I was told that Cable is not available in my building. It has to be a DSL connection.
What do I have to do to change my contract from Cable to DSL? Do I need to cancel my contract?
Your help would be highly appreciated.

connection via cable is possible. But something has to be built. We are already in contact with the property management and will implement this as soon as possible.

I need to get internet as soon as possible in my place. I'm afraid this cable solution might take too much time.
Can I get the DSL instead, so the installation of internet can be quicker?

the DSL connection would also have to be installed by a technician. Whether there goes faster is not sure. The use of the cable line is also always preferred. The property management will certainly not need so long to clarify this.

Hi again,
I've been talking to my neighbours and the information that we have from the company that manages our building is that we they don't know when the instalation of Kabel will occur. It has been months since these negotiations have been going on.
Unfortunately I can't be in this situation of wainting for something that I don't know when it's going to happen. I kindly ask you to terminate my contract or at least tell me what should I do to cancel it. I need to work from home and I need to find a solution as soon as possible for this.
