Hello experts,
I am an english speaking person and registered for Vodafone DSL broadband connection in May 2018. Unfortunately my company has transferred me to the UK and I need to leave by December. I am unable to cancel my internet contract.
Can you please help ?

Thomas has send me your details because you are using a DSL and not a cable connection.
As I see my colleagues already confirmed the cancellation via e-mail.
So there is no further to do for us here.

Hi jack8139,
the e-mail sais that you have to pay the base price until the contract ends. This is at the beginning of December.
Please note that you receive at least on more invoice after the end of the contract depending on your bill cycle.
