Can please any one from Vodafone to help me out?
I order DSL internet since 6 weeks ago and I am still waiting. I visit the Vodafone shops couple of times but helpless. I called to Vodafone center, some incompetent employees just bla bla as always and made no solutions.
What should I do? I would like to know how long does it take more to wait? When can I cancel the contract and simply go to Telekom provider?
Please understand I do speak intermediate German too.

Which info did you receive regarding your DSL connection?
Is there no free line or is the ordered bandwidth not available technically?
