Phone cancelation moving overseas

I am finding it really hard to find information as to where I can cancel my current phone plan due to moving back to New Zealand on the 05.08.2021. I have proof of my deregistration. 

Am I able to please get some help, thank you!

what kind of contract are we talking about exactly? Mobile, DSL or cable? Which state are you from?
