cancel automatic recharge service

I have a prepaid mobile phone card and use CallYa service. Since 2 month ago I used my Deutsche bank debit card to rechagre 15 euro to my phone, then your service will automatically delet 15 euro from my card every month without my permission. I think I didn't delegate you the right to charge directly from my debit card. 

Would you mind helping to cancel this service, thank you!

If you are using some special CallYa tariffs -and- opted in for the automatic recharge service in order to not let your CallYa tariff expire, then the withdrawal from your card is exactly what you agreed for. This usually only happens if you allowed Vodafone to do that auto-recharge - otherwise you'd have to recharge manually (and keep track of your tariff expiration manually).
