Hello,
I've ordered a Prepaid SIM card from Vodafone online and went through online id verification at 2nd, July. Then I received an email that says the SIM has been send to me.
But I have not got it now, and the problem is no way to know where it is.
I'm too tied to describe what happend when I ask for help from Vodafone's shops, or from the hotline call, or from your website.
It is so shocking when I search in the community, I found that same difficulty happened to someone else several years ago and it is the same to me now.

None of the hotline number in this topic works for English service.
Is there anyone here can help me? When can I receive my SIM card? I need it as soon as possible.
