Hello,
I have a vodafone callya prepaid number, everytime I try to load 15 euro card, I only see less than 5 euros in my balance. I went to the Vodafone shop in Nordwestzentrum, Frankfurt am Main and the guy working there loaded 15 euros and checked my balance right after that and it was less than 5 euros. I tried to tell them it happens to me everytime but they were just trying to ignore and say that your number is with another company we can not do anything. All the messages I get are from Vodafone Team, I see the connection says vodafone.de, so how come some other company gets involved in this?. What kind of sick scam is this?
Also where can I register a complaint for the workers in this location Vodafone shop in Nordwestzentrum? They just stand like zombies and do absolutely nothing. Very disappointing customer support.
I shall be thankful if someone can let me know about this.
