Cannot receive SMS to configure or login

All services fail although it is "registered on network"

What CallYa tariff you're using? 

What mobile phone device (Android, Apple) do you use?

Have you charge up your CallYa?

 

Does the SIM card work for telephony and for mobile data with your tariff? 

 

Can you check on your mobile device what SMS service center number are set? 

The normal setting should be +491722270333 (number of SMS service center).

Have you charge up your CallYa?   Just added €5 but it should have 4 weeks worth already

I tried to update this but it didn't matter. Same thing

Ah okay, I see. Your tariff is Smartphone Special. But it seems that the tariff isn't active yet. 

 

From where you bought the CallYa box? From a Vodafone store and have the staff complete the identification process?

 

You wrote you topped up 5€. I believe that the 10€ starting credit is missing. When you check your balance (GSM code *100#) and only the 5€ is shown, I really believe that the starting credit is missing. 

 

For checking this only a Vodafone staff have access on your data. Please be patient till a moderator will catch into your thread. They aren't 24/7 in the community.

I bought it at the supermarket.  The identification process went fine and said it was approved.   The other challenge is that I used my vodafone login for my fastnetz and it's not showing up as linked.  Also cannot log into the app yet with the phone number or sms so anything that would do to help the configuration is not possible either. 

 

I will wait until tomorrow I guess because although I started this a bit ago, the emails confirming came in at midnight last night so it's not midnight 24 hours later yet but that's kind of a long time to have to wait for an activation.  It's always been an hour at the most.
