Am 12. März habe ich online eine Vodafone CallYa SIM bestellt.
Am 15. März erhielt ich eine E-Mail, dass ich meine SIM-Karte spätestens übermorgen erhalten würde.
Aber ich habe meine SIM-Karte bis heute noch nicht erhalten.
Ich freue mich, dass Sie uns helfen können, den Status der Bestellung zu überprüfen.

On March 12th I ordered a Vodafone CallYa SIM online.
On March 15th I received a email that I would get my SIM card the day after tomorrow at the latest.

Did you specify a different delivery address when ordering?
If so, is your name on the letterbox?
