Hello,
I'm writing because I bought a prepaid SIm card (Call Ya) two weeks ago in a VODAFONE store, but I still can't make it work. A few days ago the salesman at the store told me that everything was fine and that I should only wait three hours and the SIm card would work, but finally it didn´t.
I will be in Germany for the next two months and I need the cell phone. So far I can´t even call the CallYa-team at 01722290229 to find out what's going on.
I hope someone can help me with this. It´s really bothering.
