Kundenkennwort forgetten

Dear Community

I required my Kundenkennwort once and received it in my email. I changed the password after I received it. Unfortunately, I forgot the new password. What can I do now? Please help me.

Hi @Gelöschter User 

You can change your customer password (Kundenkennwort) with that form. Full out the form and send that document via contact form. 

It will be take time around 2-3 days only. You'll get a SMS when it's changed.
