Hi,

I need to switch off my CallYa message box as it takes every message without the phone even ringing. I have never set up the message box and the phone has always worked normally until a few weeks ago when it just stopped ringing and started sending me text messages telling me my mailbox had a new message. I need to get rid of it and have tried everything said on the Vodafone website but still cannot get a call.

I have tried that and it does not work. My message box still answers every call without my phone ringing.

Depending on what mobile phone you use try following.

1. Open the mobile phone settings

2. Open the "Call" settings

3. Choose "SIM call settings"

4. Choose "other call settings :: call forwarding"

There try to disable all call forwarding settings manually.
