Hi,
recently I got a new device (Xperia XZ1 Compact) and I put my CallYa Flex SIM into it. From that moment, I am unable to receive calls (Die Nummer ist im Moment nicht erreichbar). All other services work fine - I can make calls, Internet and SMS work fine too.
What I have tried:
- Restart phone, remove SIM etc.
- Choose 3G instead of 4G network
- Put my CallYa Flex SIM into my previous device - I can't receive calls there either (it worked fine before)
- Put my other SIM card (Vodafone CZ) into my new XZ1 Compact - everything works fine, so the problem is not with the device
I have called the support and they said they would re-activate the SIM card, and that I should turn off the phone for a while and restart it later. I did that, it didn't help.
What can be done about this situation?
PS: Right now I am in the Czech Republic, so I am roaming and I won't be coming back to Germany for several weeks I think. Could that be an issue? But again, I can make calls, send / receive SMS and browse through mobile data just fine.

As I said, I Put my CallYa Flex SIM into my previous device and it doesn't work there anymore. But couple of days ago (before I first put it into the new Xperia) it worked fine.
I tried choosing different operators manually, but it doesn't help. I can make calls and browse internet, but not receive calls. Also I am sure that there is no call forwarding, call barring or anything like that active (the Czech SIM card works fine with the same settings).
Yes, it's weird, I have spent hours googling and trying to fix this, trying to get support involved, and nobody has any idea.

Unfortunately, there is currently a technical malfunction exactly to your facts.
This means that at the moment our customers in the Flex tariff are not reachable abroad. We are working at full speed to remove the restriction.
