I am english and do not speak good german.
I was living in Germany for six months and I got a Callya Digital SIM but have moved back to the UK and no longer need it. I would like to stop the direct debit and cancel the SIM.
I cannot find a way to cancel this SIM on the MeinVodafone website and have had trouble speaking to the customer service in English - does anybody know how to help?

Hi @English1,
About the MeinVodafone App you should pause the Komfortaufladung. Then the tariff won't renew and your giro account won't debit anymore.
But note, when you have a balance higher then 20€ on your SIM-card then the tariff will be renewed again.
Open the app, click "Aufladen" and scroll till "Automatischer Bankeinzug". There you can set to pause the direct debit. ![]()

When you also want to cancel the SIM-card then you can handle that about the WhatsApp messenger you can write daily from 8 am - 8 pm (0172 200 02 29).
If you still have balance on your SIM-card then tell VF your bank account data. VF can transfer the remaining balance in that account.
