Callya Aufladung, kein tarif

Hi, 

sorry for writing in english. I have a CallYa smartphone Special for 9.99 euro, which was due to be loaded today. So I put 15 euros yesterday. Today, about 10 euros is gone but the tarif is inactive.

I have a feeling there's something fishy going on with my CallYa. For the last year I had the automatic bankeinzug set and I just recently realized that it was taking 25 euros about twice a month for 9.99 tarif..

Can anyone have a look what's going on there?
