11GB Data promotional code not activated

Dear community. I recently bought a sim-only prepaid card with an offer of 11GB Data when EUR 15,- is added to the account. I have bought 2 x EUR 15,- but no additional data appears in my account. Can someone assist? Thanks

One decisive thing here may be the CallYa tariff you chose - as only certain tariffs are eligible for the GigaGoals campaign (information to be found in the respective T&Cs).  So it might come in handy if you told us which one you got.

Hi @sanderschuringa,

where and what tariff you bought? The 11GB you only get by buying a SIM card (online) with a tariff as follows: smartphone special, Alnet and CallYa flex

After identification and registration your SIM card and activation the promo (11 GB) then you'll get a SMS and afterwards you should load up your card with 15€ (at least).

Thanks for your reply.. I bought the CallYa flex special. It’s clearly mentioned on the flyer that with a €15.- recharge, you get 11gb data. The weird thing is that if I charge it (through the CallYa flex app), I do not get a confirmation sms. But I do get an email and a Paypal notification... only the next morning, the €15.- is credited to my account, but still no 11Gb data...

Ah okay, then wait of a moderator who is able to have a look into your internal user data. Please be patient because the moderator are not 24/7 here at this forum.
