Sorry, I don't speak german yet. I am unable to use hotline since I cannot understand the automatic voice menu - so posting the question here.
I purchased a weekly ticket for vodafone hotspot and it worked - but very slowly, so I restarted my laptop. But after restarting, I am unable to browse the internet - the hotspot keeps taking me to the purchase ticket/login page. How can I continue using the weekly ticket which I redeemed on that laptop?

but the week had not yet expired? Does only the one hotspot not work or generally all?

No the ticket had not expired - it was my first day on a weekly ticket.
The hotspot signal is weak - but it works - I have another laptop where it works fine from the same place, with a seperate hotspot ticket.

so it works with another computer? Do you generally have problems with the device in the WLAN? It's possible that the transmission power is not sufficient.
