Dear Vodfone,
i requested for moving service online (using https://kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel ) more than two weeks ago. But I did not get any response or feedback. I will be moving this month end (04/30/2021) and i need an immediate response. Could you please help on priority

Hi Routernotdelive,
we cannot supply at your new address and therefore the contract will be terminated with a notice period of 3 months. Theoretically, you can use the contract until then. This has nothing to do with the new tenant. The tariff is linked to the hardware.
