Hello,
I've been suscribed to WLAN-Hotspot-Flat in June 2020, and would like to cancel my contract. Unfortunately the process is absolutely not clear especially as I don't know perfectly German.
I decided to block the payments as a matter of simplification but would like to cancel it contractually because I have received some letters from you.
Please note that the hotspot service was not functional since the day I subscribed, and that I am currently not living in Germany anymore.
My contract number is ***-0002

It is not a good idea to simply stop payments. I take care of the cancellation. Send me the following informations in a private message:
full name
date of birth
address
customer number
Write a short reply here afterwards.

your contract has been cancelled in the meantime because no payments have been received from you. The right way would have been to cancel your contract normally and pay your monthly fees.
