Hi, I just bought a home spot subscription for a week, but at first, I did it as a guest because I couldn't register since I didn't have internet. I read that you can have up to 3 devices in the same home spot at the same time. How do I activate it on my other devices since I registered as a guest? Also, I finally got to make an account after I got internet, can I add my existing subscription to the newly made account? Thank you in advance.

I called the hotline service but they just dismissed me and told me to call another day despite them being available and working today and just hung up on me.

I've literally tried contacting all forms of support, I did the chat, I called 3 different phone numbers even the one specifically for the hotspot issues and they all told me that they can't help me.
