Hi,
i just want to ask, why vodafone Hotspot became unreliable this past 2 months?
I've used it for a year already, buying Hotspot-Ticket with no account (direct paypal payment) and then suddenly, this days the hotspot ticket always showing errors. For Example : i bought one ticket for a month this 8th September and somehow the WLAN needs me to reregister / repay for it to use the internet?
It happens three times already for me and i'm having a hard time with the vodafone bot since it won't let me to message anyone from the customer service team. I mean, not all of us have time to call someone. any idea what to do?
