Yesterday I bought a weekly ticket for hotspot internet. It worked fine until my laptop disconnected from the WiFi and now I can't use it anymore because when I try to it shows that my voucher has already been redeemed. I'm still using the same device and the voucher hadn't expired yet.
How can I use my voucher again?
