Hello, 

We've recently ordered the CableMax 1gig but we're facing some recurrent issues. 

Vodafone sales person assured me we would be getting a minimum of 600 mbs, sadly we're far from that as so far the highest we managed is 50 or so but most of the time it turns around 19-20 mb. 

We also lose connection multiple times a day and the router restarts itself, which makes me think the machine is fault.

Please help, the issue is urgent.

I changed the board from DSL to cable.

 

Are you connected through LAN or WiFi? Please send some speedtests from different times of day through a wired connection to the router.

We are connected via wifi, speedtests are attached.

The biggest problem is that router crashes multiple times per day. We lose connection at least three, four times per day. Do you think it might be borken?

that depends on what the speed is with a wired connection.
