I lost my SIM card and need to order a new one. The online webpage for that is not working (see below). Please support me.

Hi @nhnh18 ,

I still need to order, could you please support me here? (calling the vodafone hotline in German has been a huge challenge and I can't get things solved). 

Let me know what you need from me to get the new SIM card ordered.

@caiosbI'm not working for vodafone. If you can't call the hotline, you have to wait for @Su response.
