Hello, I have had a speed problem from the beginning of my contract with Vodafone (March 2021). Last month Vodafone sent me a new router to test, after I received the new router I received another email from Vodafone team that they solved the speed problem and the new router is not necessary. Then, They asked me to send back the new router and They told me I can use my old router. As they instructed I sent back the new router and I connected the old router, however, there was no internet connection. it is been almost 2 weeks now I don't have the internet at my home (I work home office, I faced a lot of problems about my because of Vodafone!)
I called the hotline several times, I visited Vodafone offices several times but still, nobody solved the internet problem of my home.

Now, It is Written "NO INTERNET" while trying to connect.
