Hi,
I don't speak good german and thats why I would like stress a few things in english to be sure about what im talking.
1. The ping when connected to my router is lately around >150 ms, which is really frustrating when it comes to playing video games or streaming videos. I've tried contacting vodafone in the past few days and none of them seemed to solve the problems i've been having.
2. The computer keeps on disconnecting from the router, and I have no idea why. This phase normally happens from 4pm onwards
3. The router has slow download and upload speed, which is not the same as my package I've subscribed to. (1000mbits). I pay 40 euros a month and this is the service I get?? Really vodafone? It really angers me when it comes to dealing with problems like this. Please find a long term solution to this.
I do hope that Im able to receive some help in this way since I was not assisted through the telephone methods.
