WLAN 2.4 GHz nicht verfügbar

Hallo,

ich habe seit einiger Zeit Probleme mich über WLAN mit meinem Router (Arris Touchstone glaub ich, Firmware-Version: 2.0.17-IMS-KDG) zu verbinden, wenn ich nicht mehr im gleichen Raum wie der Router bin. Ich vermute, dass irgendwas mit den 2,4 GHz Einstellungen nicht stimmt. Wenn ich im Router den Umgebungsscan für das 2,4 GHz mache findet er nichts:

In den Protokollen sind relativ viele Einträge und bei einem steht ein Retry Count von über 18000 Versuchen. Ich hab auch verschieden Hänger an der Box festgestellt als ich vor einigen Tagen (20.6) schon versucht habe rauszufinden, warum das WLAN nicht mehr so zuverlässig wirkt... Dabei hab ich festgestellt, dass durch das Einloggen in den Router irgendwelche Fehlermeldungen generiert werden... Was kann ich tun?

Hallo Jens,

Das Verhalten ob ich im Nebenraum ins WLAN komme, lies sich bisher nicht in Verbindung setzen mit einem Routerneustart. Manchmal lässt sich es sich direkt danach verbinden und manchmal nicht. Ich habe übrigens auch mal testweise für mein Handy eingestellt, dass es nur 2,4GHz Wlan benutzen darf. Hier konnte das Handy auch im gleichen Raum keine WLAN-Verbindung mehr aufbauen. Als ich den Router eingerichtet hatte hab ich auch mit ziemlicher Sicherheit gesehen, dass im Umgebungsscan andere Teilnehmer sichtbar waren. Ausserdem scheint auch die Option nicht mehr verfügbar zu sein auf welches Band man ausweichen möchte.

führe bitte einen Werksreset durch und trenne dann die SSID. Nutze auch die weiteren Hinweise zur WLAN-Optimierung.
