Hello, i want to say sorry because i write here in english, but i still try to learn deutch.
I recieve today my new contract with Vodafone and the cable router, i configure the router, but the internet still not work. Red collor and flashing.
I think my contract it's not active yet.
If you check this, and if you see my contract is not active yet, I really really want to activate it immediate, because my job depends on internet and i really do not want to lose my job.

Sounds like you have a reverse channel cut filter installed. Contact customer service and let them know that the self-installation failed. Most likely a technician will have to come out and remove the blocking filter.

I call many times today to vodafone, they told me the contract will be active on 09.07.2021. A tehnician will comes tomorrow to check. But trust me, I know how to deal with this, I work fel good years on domain.
