I live in Mannheim (Baden Württemberg) and I have been experiencing a very slow upload speed compared to no performance problems with download speeds (see picture). Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?
I noticed this happening since Monday (18.9.2023). It doesn't matter what time of day. I checked when I start working at 9AM until after midnight and no improvement. I followed the Netz Assistant in restarting everything and checking all cable connections, so I don't think it's anything to do with my modem/computer.
