Low upload speed | Berlin, Mitte

Today's afternoon, the upload speed suddenly dropped to 10% of a contractual (5 MBs vs 50 MBs - the speedtest-ID 38kdp7 ).  Two home computers are connected to a router with cables.  What's an issue and when is expected to be fixed? Thanks in advance, DP
