The internet is so bad for last 2 months. It is unbelievable. We pay 65 euros per month to these people.
Tried calling them and written them email so many times. But nothing was done to solve the problem. Earlier they had excuse that they are working in our area to provide good internet, now that work is complete according to them and internet should improve but it is still not working at our place. They offered me 25 euros in return for the inconvenience, but i dont know what do i use 25 euros for when i still dont get internet.
They say so many people are online at the same time in our area .. ok then why did you sell internet to so many people when you cant provide them. What a shame..
