Internet drops and the upload speed does not exceed 3 mb

Hey, guys.
I'm having a problem with my internet. All this year I have when the upload is more than 10 mb per second in OBS then the internet drops in upload 0 mb per second, now since November 9 2023 now the upload is not more than 3 mb/s and i cant stream

I use Kabel, Vodafone Station, I live in Bietigheim Bessingen.

Tarif 500 mb download and 50 upload Internet drops and the download does not exceed 3 mb
